Did You Know...

In 2018, Class Baskets Brought in Nearly $5,000?

Reach out to your room parent or teacher to see how YOU can help with the class art projects and class baskets! These are the biggest sellers at the Auction and we need your help!

Why is the Auction So Important?

The spring auction is our biggest fundraiser of the year, and funds the majority of our PTA operating budget for the next school year. We have a goal of raising $50,000 that will be used for:

  • Technology Improvements
  • Teacher Continuing Ed Programs
  • Extended Learning Programs: Reflections, Science Fair and More
  • Teacher Appreciation Activities
  • School Beautification & Grounds Upgrades (Greenhouse and Outdoor Classroom/Amphitheater)
  • Recycling & Eco-Friendly Programs (Green Team Superheroes)
  • Fall Family Fun Night
  • Much, much more…

A healthy PTA budget takes the burden off of our school budget, and directly results in more opportunities for our kids. We can do more for our school community if we reach our fundraising goal together.

We are ramping up efforts to get donations and volunteers, and we need your help. Please click here if you are able to make a donation, know someone who could make a donation or can help solicit donations (don't worry - we’ve got the lists, contacts and emails ready for you to use).

Below are a few examples of what we need:

  • Rentals: items for the day-of the event – tents, chairs, tables, heaters, etc...
  • Travel accommodations: condos, timeshares, hotel vouchers, etc...
  • Experiences: sporting events, theme parks, box seats, expert outings, concert tickets etc...
  • Items: sports gear – bike/ski racks, kayaks, camping gear, etc… (gently used is ok too!)
  • Your Time: solicit donations, pick-up donations, event set-up/clean-up, in-person help and more!

This is a BIG event and we need all hands on deck – whether it’s just 10 minutes per week or more, we need you.

After a challenging nearly two years, we are beyond thrilled to bring back this amazing event to strengthen our community for today and tomorrow.

  • For the Kids: We'll host myriad carnival games throughout the school and outside (weather permitting) where kids can play, dance, win prizes and play with their friends.

  • For the Adults: The PTA will be hosting several events, including a silent auction and live auction, a wine pull, gift card pull and more.

  • For the Community: The Auction will be held just after Earth Day and we are making a commitment to recycling, reusing, composting and conserving throughout the event.

The event is scheduled to go from 4-8 p.m. Please stay tuned for more details.

This year we will be using the auction platform HandBid. Below are some videos we recommend looking at beforehand to get a better understanding of how to bid via the IPAD and Mobile apps.
