Jan 22 (Tues.) Last day to change project category. Please email one of the science fair coordinators.
Feb 5 (Tues.) 1-4pm: Set-Up for Division I (Kindergarten & 1st grade) and Division II (grades 2 & 3).
5 - 8pm: Judging for Divisions I & II
Feb 6 (Wed.) 9am-3:30pm: Parent viewing for Divisions I & II (K-3)
-All Division I & II projects must be removed by 4pm.
-Division II first place winners will be invited to participate in the Mountain Area Science Fair (see below).
Feb 7 (Thurs.) 8-10am: Set up for Division III (grades 4 & 5)
10am-3pm: Judging for Division III
4-6pm: Parent viewing for Division III
Feb 8 (Fri.) 9am-3pm
-All Division III projects must be removed by 3:45pm.
-Division III first place winners will be invited to participate in the Mountain Area Science Fair.
3:45pm: First place finishers in Division II and III will be transported to the Mountain Area Science Fair, Evergreen Country Day School.
4-6pm: Project Check In for Mountain Area Science Fair.
Feb 9 (Sat.) Mountain Area Science Fair (MASF) – at Evergreen Country Day School
10am- 12pm: viewing for parents and students
12-1pm: Project Pick Up
